Arsenal legend Thierry Henry is set to become PSG boss

Arsenal striker Thierry Henry is reportedly in the running for French club Paris Saint-Germaine and is set to take over as assistant manager at PSG if the club name Julian Nagelsmann as the next manager. Galtier is set to leave his managerial position at the capital club despite leading PSG to the Ligue 1 title in the recently concluded season. With Galtier ready to leave, L'Equipe says former Bayern Munich coach Nagelsmann will be named to replace him and the German wants to add Henry as his assistant. The Ligue 1 champions are in talks with former Bayern Munich manager Julian Nagelsmann to replace Christophe Galtier as coach, ESPN reports. Nagelsmann is expected to be in Paris on Tuesday for talks. PSG have made him their main target, with the German coach wanting Thierry Henry to join him as his assistant. They see Nagelsmann as the ideal manager to exploit the talented crop of young players coming in. Galtier is expected to be sacked from PSG after only managing for one season despite leading the club to the Ligue 1 title. His time in service saw the club suffer the loss of elimination from the last 16 in the Champions League.
